Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your parcel tracking information.  If you do not receive your Order Tracking Number (OTN) within 6 business days from the day you have completed your payment, please contact us for more information.

Note: Delivery and shipping times exclude potential COVID-19 shipping delays and border/customs delays. Please allow an extra week (United States, Spain, Australia) and 2 weeks (Rest of the world) from the date of receipt for the order to be delivered.

During this COVID-19 period, medical supplies are being prioritized by air freight carriers, hence all packages are required to be submitted for availability in shipment. For orders placed before September 10th 2020, possible instances include receiving multiple units of a single order at different times.
